BKD’s unique stair climbing chairs do the lifting for you. All you have to do is guide the S-Max using the controls on the handle — the stairclimber does the rest. As well, BKD’s products afford mobility on flat surfaces, alleviating the need for transferring persons from wheelchairs to other rail-type stair climbing systems.

Specifically adapted for the Airline Industry, the S-Max is compact and comfortable, providing safety and dignity for passengers, while preventing musculoskeletal strains to aviation staff associated with heavy and awkward lifting.
